• How long will it take to launch my website?

  Depending on the size of your website and provided we have all content required, your website can be live in as little as 30 days.

• What do I need to provide?

  We know that getting a website can be a daunting process filled with technical jargon. We handle everything technical from the beginning. Before we start, we’ll ask you to provide us with content to include on the website. You can provide your own photos of your product/service, or we can source stock imagery if you don’t have have high-quality photos.

• Will my website rank on Google?

  SEO is a constantly evolving topic that requires work both on and off your website. It’s well-known that Google prefer websites that adhere to the best standards, have all the correct meta data and load fast on all devices. We develop all of our websites to modern standards for all devices (mobile, tablet and desktop), including all necessary meta data and tags. They’re also built on a lightweight tech stack, providing great page speed. This is referred to as on-page SEO, and comes as standard in all of our packages.

• Will I be able to make changes to my website?

  On our premium and above packages, we provide a CMS for you to edit the text and photo content on your website - as standard we use Forestry.

• Do you offer ongoing support?

  Websites require upkeep and maintenance. Our transparent aftercare packages offer you the support your business needs, uptime monitoring, and security fixes.
